Today’s meandering thoughts

Oh well tiredness got the best of us last night. Can’t beat falling asleep together lounging on the couch

Manly rhetoric….. What is it with guys who feel the need to mouth of about their manlyness

Specifically, at the moment, defending their way of life as an American, they will go to war to defend that way of life, they will kill to defend it, but they sure as hell won’t help anyone who needs help.

This morning on the way into work I saw a fender bender, it was between a slicked back hair, middle aged sales man looking guy and a younger woman who I’ll put money on was talking on the phone when she got rear ended. So her car won’t go anywhere because of damage and they are half blocking a lane. A guy in a pickup truck with Pro-America, I went to to war to defend your way of life stickers plastered all over it starts yelling abuse at the woman because she can’t get her car out of the way and she is almost in tears.

Rather than help, pull her car out the way, offer her a ride, offer to help her find a tow truck, all he could offer is abuse.

If that is the kind of country you want to defend then I think you should probably have stayed at home the day they were signing up for the army?

To many of the people I see would rather beat you down than help you up. It is ridiculous the way people behave to other people while claiming to be so considerate and conscientious.

Didn’t your mother tell you, if you can say something nice don’t say anything at all?

On a completely different note, regardless of how much I love my wife she’d never fit in this. I need to find out where the people that buy this type of clothes hang out. It would be a great afternoon of people watching
